What makes Inspired Routes truly unique is that it was born from two continents, two cultures, and two deeply personal travel perspectives.
Founded by Nancy Molina from Peru and GP Wentzel from South Africa, Inspired Routes is more than a travel company — it is a bridge between South America and Africa, shaped by people who call these destinations home.

Nancy grew up in Cusco, surrounded by the history, traditions, and mountain cultures of the Andes. GP is an 8th-generation South African with decades of experience guiding travellers through Southern and East Africa. Together, their combined backgrounds create a rare travel perspective that few operators can offer.

Nancy & GP, a Peruvian-South African couple, travel experts and adventurers at heart.
Together they have more than 30 years of guiding experience both South America and Africa, have travelled extensively through both continents.
Passionate about culture, conservation, responsible tourism practices and nature.

I grew up in Cusco, in the middle of the Andes mountain in Peru. I love culture, history and possibility to learn from local communities when traveling.
My career in tourism took me from a local guide in Cusco, to an international tour leader in South America to managing my own team for a global tour operator in Africa.
Co-founding Inspired Routes was one of the best decisions in life, as it allows me to share my passion for travel and hospitality with people looking for an authentic experiences in the places that I know and love.

I am also a Peruvian & South African registered guide.

I am 8th generation South African, I love Africa and the african people.
After completing my qualification in Tourism Management I was inspired to hit the road as an international overland guide and travelled extensively through Southern and East Africa.
After 13 years in the tourism fast lane I returned to my first love: guiding, co-founded Inspired Routes and continue to create unique travel journeys with groups from all over the world.
